RETURNS

We hope you're delighted with your purchase! If for any reason it isn't suitable, full-price items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and sale items within 7 days.

Please note: a shipping handling fee is calculated at the time you submit your return and will be deducted from your refund once processed. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving your returned item.

Arranging collection

Contact your local DHL quoting your airway bill number, book a collection via the DHL website, or drop the parcel at your nearest DHL point. Please keep your receipt as proof of return.

Condition of returns

All items must be returned in perfect condition with their original, undamaged packaging. We're unable to accept returns on goods that are scratched or marked, including any marks on the soles of shoes. We recommend trying footwear on a carpeted surface to avoid unnecessary marking.

If you receive an item that isn't in perfect condition, please contact us immediately and we'll be happy to assist.

EU & EEA Right of Withdrawal

If you're located in the European Union, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein, you have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, this applies regardless of whether the item was full-price or sale.

To exercise your Right of Withdrawal, submit your request via our withdrawal portal within 14 days of receiving your order. Certain products may be excluded from this right where permitted by law.
